DOs and DONTs in Singapore

Do flush the public toilet, otherwise you'll get fined
Don't do anything that could endanger the perfect harmony in which people live, i.e. watering your plants, you could get mosquitoes, chewing gum, you'll make the MRT stop, ...
Well, I keep the rest for the next posts...

That is, if somebody is following you to the toilets and disclosing to the authorities your un-Singaporean behaviour...

I'm confused. You'll get fined if you do and fined if you don't?

When you sit on the pot a little red laser light connection is completed with a sensor in the wall above the flush button. When you stand to pull your pants up the connection is broken and the toilet will flush in about 30 seconds.
I found this out by accident in the Plaza Singapura when I leaned over to get my wallet out of my back pocket and almost jumped through the roof when a shot of cold water licked my scrotum!

I think it's Japanese "model" Reon Kadena.
