Urgent - need room in Mutiara Damansara from Nov 22 for 10-15 days

Im having surgery in KL on 23rd n my boyfriend need to stay near my sibling's hse in Mutiara Damansara . He needs a room in any of these areas:

Mutiara Damansara, Bandar Utama or Taman Tun Dr. Ismail

-CLEAN and QUIET room with Aircon, attached shower or shared ok (MUST be clean)
- MUST have WI-FI.
will be staying 22 - 29 Nov n back the following wkend for a few days. Budget is Rgt 20-30 per day.

Mostly he will be at the hospital or at my sister's house when im recovering. So he will usually just need the place to sleep and work on his computer. No need car park. Thank You.
