Moving house in KL

Hi, this is my first post

We'll be looking to move house in June and I wanted to know how easy it is to transfer Astro and the telephone?

We paid a deposit of RM1000 to have the phone line connected and wondered if we'd get that back as we'll have been customers for over a year by then

has anyone had any experience of doing this and what the timescales involved will be?

Shouldn't be a problem with Astro - call 1300823838. There's a small charge (RM50) that comes with moving your dish and other Astro appliances, which they (say they) will do within 48hrs of your call.

As for the phone - It's best if you go to the nearest TM shop - theres one on Lorong Telawi in Bangsar, or call them at 03-2297 1200.
