Engineering Contacts with Petro Vietnam

Petro Vietnam is planning to build a tender Rig here in Vietnam. This is exactly my kind of work, on the engineering side (see my previous post about employment in Vietnam) that I have been doing for the last 25 years. I would appreciate it if anyone has contacts with Petro Vietnam to let them know I am here and available or forward contact information to me. My previous post has my resume attached. In brief:

I have been a draftsman for over twenty-seven years in the manufacturing sector. My positions have included on the management side Engineering Manager and on the drafting side - detailing structures for fabrication; checking documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; leading project teams, drafting supervisor; budgeting time and resources; project setup; conceptual design; site surveys and commissioning assistance. Recent positions have included Engineering Manager, Manager - Customer Relations, senior structural designer and lead structural designer. Travel includes trips to the Middle East, Singapore, Offshore Gulf of Mexico, Galveston, the North Sea, England, and Germany. My early experience included 3 ½ years in a machine shop where I learned to operate: lathe, mill, drill press, surface grinder, furnace for heat-treating steel, saw, calipers, and micrometers. I am proficient with Microsoft Office products and type 55 wpm. I am a “power” AutoCAD user and have been responsible for setting up project drawing templates, title blocks, layers, line types, colors schemes and drafting standards to be used by all personnel on a project.
