There are white horeses for rent in Hanoi. Who want to ride or take picture with white horses can go to Bãi Đá sông Hồng (rock ground of Red river), Nhật Tân district, Tay Ho, Ha Noi. I want to try it someday, early morning in the dew, riding a white horse is just awesome :D
20.000VND one person one horse per hour, if you are too fat or 2 people, it will be 30.000VND
this is some pics:

If you are too fat, well the horses certainly aren't, I think I would rather give them their oats than ride them

the horses look poor and thin :( because they are Vietnamese horses, in Vietnam, everyone is thin :(

Hehe, well better for you health to be too thin than too fat! My friend who was living with me in China and took a trip to Vietnam. he told me the ladies there actually where more curvy in all the right places than most Chinese girls.

That is changing rapidly. When I first worked in Vietnam in 1995 there were literally no obese folks. But with the arrival of soft drinks, Chocpies and KFC one sees more and more kids that could shed a few Kilos; especially in the cities. Not on the same scale as in the West (yet) of course.

I remember one time whilst in Bangkok I was in KFC. I was in the queue behind a obviously wealthy Thai lady and her incredibly obese son. They ordered enough food to feed at least two adults, I sat next to them and watched the kid eat all of the food and then ask his mother for money to buy some more, it was one of the most entertaining things I have ever seen. I guess the difference is that many Asian families are now having less Children and now have an increase in disposable income, tie that in with an increase in availability of junk food within Asia, and the result is plenty of little fatties.
