Hi, I need to rent out my studio apartment in Wanchai. Its fully furnished and all you need is to bring your clothes, but I've been told by my agents people prefer flats with bedrooms. Is it true?

You mean, like a flat with a toilet?... and a front door, one that you can open and close?

If you had the choice between an apartment with separate bedroom in North Point, or a studio in Wan Chai, which would you choose?
Personally, I'd go for the studio if I were single. Get a new agent.

thanks...do you know which websites are best to advertise apartments for rent? I'm thinking maybe expats would be more interested in furnished apartments especially studios.

You can always rent out any units at any districts, if you price it right. There will be problem if you try to rent out a studio at a one-bedroom price.
Wait a minute, come to think of it, some fools may pay the rediculous price, for a short while.

This property website is popular in Hong Kong.
http://www.gohome.com.hk/en/
I used it myself when I was house hunting.
