In Philippines, it does not change anything, as only people with a good income will buy a ticket for a Concert with Lady GaGa.
Ordinary people prefer to spend their little money anyway for more useful things, for example to buy food in a supermarket.
If Muslim countries are questioning such performances and prohibit them, why should Catholic orientated countries not have the right to check if a live-performance of somebody from USA or elsewhere in the Western world fits their laws and moral values?
It's not wrong for the Catholic Church in Philippines to speak out against such performances and ask their followers to stay away.
