Orchard Road

If the property is within walking distance to Orchard road, it is considered to be in the Orchard road district. This includes Orchard Boulevard, Claymore Hill, Claymore Road, Draycott, Cairnhill, Ardmore Park, Orange Grove Road, Balmoral Road and the upmarket Nassim Road.

In this area you will find a couple of big Cinemas, countless shopping labyrinths, The Mount Elizabeth Hospital, The Botanical Garden, Fort Canning Park (great for exercise) and many others you would expect to find in such a Central location. In fact, everything is within easy reach of this area and taxis are in abundance.

Drawbacks to living in this part of town are the lack of greenery, busy roads and there is no relief from it at the weekends either.
